Freeze Body tells a teacher what to do with his/her body when calling for attention. ABOVE (pause) whisper is a skill that trains teachers on what to do with their voice. When calling for attention, teachers are instructed to go ABOVE the collective volume of the class, pause, then drop to a whisper. If done correctly, this three-part call for attention is successful 100% of the time. In this clip the teacher demonstrates how students tune in immediately when ABOVE (pause) whisper is used to gain attention.
